Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA)
How it work
At the end of January. you will receive in the mail your copy of your AMA contract. Simply sign and fill out the remit portion of the contract and send it back with your payment. You can also pay online. Payments are due 30 days from invoice date.
IMPORTANT: CURRENT PHONE NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ARE REQUIRED TO PROPERLY SUBMIT BACKFLOW FORMS TO MUNICIPALITES. FALIURE MAY RESULT IN WATER INTERRUPTION.
April 1: we will starting irrigation systems (weather permitting)
April 1: we will begin testing and backflows
October 1: we will begin closing and winterizing irrigation system
The agreement covers:
SPRING START-UP

Check and adjust all sprinkler heads

Check and adjust all connections at controller

Check and adjust all sensors

Run system to check for leaks and coverage
WINTER SHUT-DOWN

Clear all irrigation lines

Winterize backflow and all sensors
-
Adjust controller
-
Drain P.O.C. line (point of connection)
BACKFLOW CERTIFICATION

Yearly inspection test (performed by a licensed plumber)

Backflow test sent into water provider
Repairs, alterations and additions to the irrigation system will be billed in addition to your service agreement price. Any such work is to be approved by the owner on a separate work order.
